What You'll Own

• A patient book and a revenue target that's yours to grow
• Lead one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their full aesthetic journey
• Build trust that turns a first visit into a long-term relationship
• Conduct consultations and educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services
• Present treatment plans and financing options
• Partner with clinicians and your Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout
• Work with LaserAway's custom CRM for a steady pipeline of marketing-generated leads and instant access to patient history

Schedule

• Full-time position with consistent scheduling
• Weekends and evenings are a regular part of this role

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay of $20.00/hr + uncapped commission on every treatment plan you sell + monthly bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $70,000–$95,000 annually — full commission structure shared at offer stage
