Key Responsibilities

  • Congduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
  • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
  • Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

  • Education / Experience Requirements: 2+ years of injecting experience. Must be either an RN, PA or NP. Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment. Social media proficiency is required. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees. Team player mentality. Strong sense of ownership and urgency. Extremely detail-oriented. Self-starter and passion for learning. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
