A well‑established aesthetic plastic surgery practice in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a talented Plastic Surgeon to join its team. This opportunity offers training under an award‑winning plastic surgeon, an inherited book of clients from day one, and a clear partnership track after 24 months in one of the Southeast’s most dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Open to plastic surgeons at any stage of their career, including those completing residency or fellowship in 2027
• Strong commitment to patient care and surgical excellence

Pay

$150,000 base salary plus percentage of collections; partnership opportunity after 24 months.
