Aesthetic Nurse Injector/NP/PA Part-Time - Livermore

About the role

LA ViE MD is a fast-growing, physician-led medspa with three locations. We’re hiring an experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our team in our beautiful Livermore office. You’ll perform a variety of services—from lasers and neuromodulators to fillers, body contouring, and wellness products. We value curiosity and staying current on the newest technology, so you’ll have the opportunity to share your expertise while also receiving training on products and services you might not have as much experience with.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of cosmetic medical treatments, including lasers, fillers, neuromodulators (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport), body contouring (Emsculpt Neo), and hair restoration therapies (PRP, Exosome Therapy).
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Anticipate patient needs and elevate every experience with warmth, empathy, and patience.
• Educate patients on expected results using a consultative approach while ensuring full compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Build trust with patients by getting to know them personally and recommending services that align with their needs and budget.
• Call clients after visits to ensure satisfaction, address post-care instructions, encourage reviews, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Document visits and scribe during appointments using our EMR system; maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records.
• Create fun and polished social media reels that increase business and match the LA ViE MD brand.
• Keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and beautifully stocked to maintain a premium and professional environment.
• Assist nurses and the doctor during cosmetic and medical dermatology procedures to support patients and expand your clinical knowledge.
• Be dependable and punctual, arriving 15 minutes early to all scheduled office hours.

Requirements

• Active RN, NP, or PA license with at least 5+ years of experience injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Experienced with various brand types of injectables and open to learning different techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain a busy schedule through repeat and new clients via outbound efforts and social media, not solely relying on corporate marketing.
• Positive energy and optimism when facing challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build connections, read social cues, and balance patient interaction.
• Highly organized and efficient, proactively filling schedule gaps and maximizing time.
• Willingness to learn and participate in continuing education and training.
• Knowledge of technical and anatomical trends for aesthetic treatments and a general curiosity about skincare and cosmetic treatments.
• Track record of dependability, promptness, and time efficiency, with references to support this.

Pay

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a pay range of $60–$110+ per hour, combining hourly income and productivity income. Productivity reflects how busy your schedule is, directly tied to your ability to gain new clients and book repeat clients.

Schedule

Our preference is a part-time, on-site position at our Livermore location, approximately 13–22 hours per week. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. We will consider candidates who can work at least 15+ hours per week. Availability preferences or restrictions should be discussed during the interview process.
