Aesthetic LVN/RN

About the role

Pediatric Offices at Willow Bend + Wellness at The Spa is a modern, fast-growing practice combining pediatric care, allergy & immunotherapy services, holistic wellness, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a polished, proactive, and highly capable nurse who can confidently navigate between clinical precision and exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with pediatric, allergy, and wellness procedures
• Support aesthetic and holistic treatment services
• Perform phlebotomy and IV-related care
• Manage patient flow and EMR documentation
• Educate patients on treatments and aftercare
• Create a luxury-level patient experience
• Collaborate closely with providers and front office staff
• Participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Strong IV/phlebotomy skills
• Lovely aesthetics, wellness, and patient transformation
• Can multitask without losing attention to detail
• Brighten up the team with your positive energy every day
• Wants growth — not just another job
• Dermatology, aesthetics, or med spa experience is a huge plus

Qualifications

• Current license as an LVN or RN
• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Ability to work weekends (pre-scheduled/rotating)
