Aesthetic Injector
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes:
- About This Role (intro paragraph)
- What You'll Own (list of duties)
- What You Bring (credentials, experience, technical skills, patient focus, safety mindset, communication)
- The NakedMD Standard (maybe a description but not a standard heading; could be considered part of About? Might be omitted if not a standard heading. It's more like a description; but we could treat as part of About the role? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (What You'll Own), Requirements (What You Bring maybe includes credentials, experience, technical skills, patient focus, safety mindset, communication). Could also have Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements). But we should not create thin sections. We need to decide which sections have substantive content.
We have Pay: "Annual Salary Range: $40-45/hour based on experience + bonus eligible". That's pay info, so we can include Pay section.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; it's full-time clinical role. Could infer schedule but not given. Should not create Schedule unless stated. So omit.
Benefits: Not mentioned. So omit.
Skills: Could be part of Requirements. But we could have a Skills section if we have specific skills listed: neurotoxins, HA fillers, micro-needling, chemical peels, etc. However the instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we have headings list; we can choose to include Requirements and maybe Skills if we have enough content. Let's see: The posting includes "Technical Skills: Foundational proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers required; micro-needling and chemical peel experience a plus". Also patient focus, safety mindset, communication. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Could make a Qualifications section covering credentials, experience, technical skills, patient focus, safety mindset, communication. That seems substantive.
Responsibilities: The "What You'll Own" bullet list includes many duties. That's good for Responsibilities.
About the role: The introductory paragraph.
Pay: Salary range.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We must use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. There's no boilerplate here.
We need to convert the content into HTML.
Let's extract:
About the role paragraph: "The Artist Injector is NakedMD's frontline clinician — the person patients trust with their face. You're in the treatment room delivering world-class results, building real relationships, and representing everything NakedMD stands for. This is a full-time clinical role: you're evaluating, injecting, consulting, charting, and showing up as the gold standard of patient care every single day. Great injectors here don't just follow protocols — they own outcomes."
We could keep as
.
Responsibilities: Under "What You'll Own". It has subheadings: Patient Evaluation & Consultation, Aesthetic Services & Technical Delivery, Patient Safety & Infection Control, Documentation & Compliance, Patient Relationships & Revenue. Each with bullet points (some are sentences). We need to represent as
- . Should we keep the subheadings as part of list items? Probably each bullet is a duty; we can keep the subheading as part of the li text (maybe bold? but we cannot add extra tags beyond
- ? We can include plain text; we could include the subheading as part of the li. Eg:
- Patient Evaluation & Consultation: Conduct thorough patient evaluations...

for prose. It didn't say we cannot use other tags like . Safer to avoid extra tags; just include the subheading as plain text within the li.
Thus each li will contain the heading and the description.
Let's list all duties:
Patient Evaluation & Consultation:

- Perform comprehensive consultations that address each patient's aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being — with warmth, clarity, and clinical precision
- Explain treatment options, anticipated aesthetic results, risks, and benefits in language patients can understand and act on
- Confidently and competently complete comprehensive treatment plans from consultation through follow-up
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and coordinating multi-step treatments across their plan
Aesthetic Services & Technical Delivery:
- Perform the full range of NakedMD aesthetic services including neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, biostimulators, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels
- Prepare injectables and treatment trays for each appointment with accuracy and adherence to sterile protocol
- Stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, techniques, and industry trends — bringing up-to-date knowledge into every patient interaction
- Acknowledge and remedy clinical mistakes openly and seek continuous advancement of your skills and industry understanding — growth is a non-negotiable part of this role
Patient Safety & Infection Control:
- Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room before every shift and take immediate action to maintain excellent hygiene and a sterile environment
- Decontaminate equipment, sanitize surfaces, and prepare the injection room to NakedMD's standards before, between, and after treatments
- Follow all NakedMD protocols for contraindication screening, sterile technique, and post-treatment care — with no exceptions
- Flag any adverse reactions, complications, or protocol deviations to the Clinical Manager immediately
Documentation & Compliance:

- Build a loyal book of business through consistent results, proactive follow-up, and genuine investment in each patient's long-term outcomes
- Communicate treatment options, pricing, and product recommendations clearly and confidently — you're an educator as much as a clinician
Now Qualifications / Requirements: "What You Bring" includes:
Credentials: Active NP, PA, or RN license required
Experience: 1+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred; strong clinical foundations considered for motivated new-to-aesthetics applicants
Technical Skills: Foundational proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers required; micro-needling and chemical peel experience a plus
Patient Focus: You listen before you inject. A great outcome starts with a great evaluation and an honest conversation
Safety Mindset: Non-negotiable standards are your baseline. You maintain the injection room like it's your own and document like every chart will be audited
Communication: Clear, warm, and confident — with patients, with your team, and in your documentation
We can make a Qualifications section with list items each maybe combining heading and description.
Pay: "Annual Salary Range: $40-45/hour based on experience + bonus eligible". We'll put in .
We should not include The NakedMD Standard section as it's not a standard heading; but we could incorporate into About the role? It's more like a cultural statement. Could add as another paragraph under About the role? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could add it as part of About the role paragraph (just append). But we must preserve all substantive information; we can add another
after the intro about The NakedMD Standard. That's fine.
