The Artist Injector is NakedMD's frontline clinician — the person patients trust with their face. You're in the treatment room delivering world-class results, building real relationships, and representing everything NakedMD stands for. This is a full-time clinical role where you evaluate, inject, consult, chart, and embody the gold standard of patient care daily. Great injectors here don't just follow protocols — they own outcomes.

Annual Salary Range

$35-45/hour based on experience + bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation & Consultation:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations prior to every treatment, reviewing medical history, understanding desired results, identifying contraindications, and building personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform comprehensive consultations addressing aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being with warmth and clinical precision.
  • Explain treatment options, anticipated results, risks, and benefits in clear, actionable language.
  • Complete comprehensive treatment plans from consultation through follow-up.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and coordinating multi-step treatments.
• Aesthetic Services & Technical Delivery:
  • Perform NakedMD aesthetic services including neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, biostimulators, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels.
  • Prepare injectables and treatment trays with accuracy and adherence to sterile protocols.
  • Stay current on aesthetic treatments, products, techniques, and trends.
  • Acknowledge and remedy clinical mistakes openly, seeking continuous skill advancement.
• Patient Safety & Infection Control:
  • Prioritize patient safety by inspecting and maintaining a sterile injection room environment.
  • Decontaminate equipment and sanitize surfaces before, between, and after treatments.
  • Follow NakedMD protocols for contraindication screening, sterile technique, and post-treatment care.
  • Flag adverse reactions, complications, or protocol deviations to the Clinical Manager.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
  • Respect patient diversity and individual rights in every interaction.
  • Assist with inventory monitoring and flag supply concerns.
• Patient Relationships & Revenue:
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling of treatments and retail products.
  • Build a loyal patient base through consistent results, follow-up, and long-term care.
  • Communicate treatment options, pricing, and recommendations clearly and confidently.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Active RN license required.
• Experience: 1+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred; strong clinical foundations considered for new-to-aesthetics applicants.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers required; micro-needling and chemical peel experience a plus.
• Patient Focus: Emphasis on listening and thorough evaluation.
• Safety Mindset: Non-negotiable adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Communication: Clear, warm, and confident with patients, team, and documentation.
