About the Role
Laser Skin & Wellness, a premier destination for medical aesthetics and advanced skin rejuvenation in Palm Beach County, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider, Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA).
Responsibilities
- Independently perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient anatomy and aesthetic goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and aesthetic providers to achieve natural-looking results and exceptional patient experiences.
- Expand expertise across additional aesthetic technologies and treatments based on experience, training, patient demand and practice needs.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of Florida.
- Prior independent aesthetic injection experience required.
- Demonstrated expertise performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment and individualized treatment planning.
- Experience with additional medical aesthetic services, including lasers, IPL, skin tightening or microneedling, preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct consultations, develop treatment plans and build long-term patient relationships.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Adaptable, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in medical aesthetics.
- Experience within a plastic surgery, dermatology or medical aesthetics practice preferred.
