Aerospace Technicians - Manufacturing NDT (Ultrasonic)

Location: Roselawn, OH

Pay

$24–26/hour (plus $2 shift differential for nights)

Schedule

• Days: 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
• Nights: 7:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.

Responsibilities

• Process aerospace parts, including dipping, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Conduct NDT inspections to evaluate part integrity and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle material movement and machine operation as needed to support production flow.
• Mix, monitor, and maintain chemical solutions, ensuring correct ratios, pH levels, and temperature controls.
• Accurately document processing parameters, inspection results, and part traceability in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Previous experience in an aerospace production or repair environment is preferred.
• Previous experience with NDT methods is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals, follow environmental controls, and use PPE correctly.
