Pay
$24–26/hour (plus $2 shift differential for nights)
Schedule
- Days: 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
- Nights: 7:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
Responsibilities
- Process aerospace parts, including dipping, cleaning, and surface preparation.
- Conduct NDT inspections to evaluate part integrity and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Handle material movement and machine operation as needed to support production flow.
- Mix, monitor, and maintain chemical solutions, ensuring correct ratios, pH levels, and temperature controls.
- Accurately document processing parameters, inspection results, and part traceability in accordance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Previous experience in an aerospace production or repair environment is preferred.
- Previous experience with NDT methods is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
- Ability to safely handle chemicals, follow environmental controls, and use PPE correctly.
