Aerospace Quality Analyst
About the role
We are looking for a Quality Analyst – Problem Solver to take ownership of supplier-related quality crises and ensure sustainable resolution. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting operations by resolving disruptions and preventing recurrence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive structured problem-solving initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability
- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
- Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective
- Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions
- Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience in related job
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in problem solving within aerospace or manufacturing
- Mastery of structured methodologies (8D, RCCA, root cause analysis)
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
