Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

About the Role

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create action plans, and implement corrections.
• Support fellow team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor, adhering to Asset Protection standards and AEO policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.
