Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise in Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, along with your ability to ensure the store is "guest ready," are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Have flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Have a history of retail work.
