Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and thrive in collaborating with your team to achieve goals. Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store always reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers—are executed to floorset standards.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by owning day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• Prioritize the guest experience by fostering a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in priority-setting and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills, with a history of retail work.
