Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right-hand person in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment is key.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team!

Qualifications

• Love for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in retail merchandising and visual skills.

Pay

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
