Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment is required.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment, ensuring the store stays in tip-top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience, championing a culture of recognition and celebrating wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A passion for merchandising and retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in retail work.

Pay

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
