About the role
As an Aerial Lineman at MasTec Communications Group, you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service in a safety-minded environment. Responsibilities
- Climb poles or use a bucket truck to perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants
- Read and understand schematics and construction prints
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
Requirements
- Safety is a priority in your day-to-day work
- Track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- Ability to figure out hard problems with a hands-on approach
- Experience as a Lineman with extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work
- Comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles
- Looking for long-term projects and team collaboration

Pay
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
