Responsibilities
- Safely operate MD500 helicopters in low-level wire environments conducting aerial saw operations.
- Execute external load operations in complex wire environments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with ground crews to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
- Minimum of 2,000 total helicopter flight hours
- Proven external load experience, including at least 200 hours operating in wire environments
- Demonstrated experience operating MD500 helicopters
- Ability to successfully complete a company interview and checkride
Qualifications
- Current Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate or documented flight instruction experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in utility operations or aerial saw operations (preferred)
