Aerial Foreman / Line Foreman

About the role

HP Communications, Inc. seeks an Aerial Foreman / Line Foreman to join our team in El Cajon, San Diego Yard. With over 20 years of experience in the communications construction industry, HP has established itself as a leader in providing fiber optic networks and cell sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead low voltage aerial communication crews
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to
• Train and mentor new employees
• Collaborate with clients and other departments

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Journeyman Lineman
• Experience as a Foreman on a low voltage aerial crew preferred
• Extensive knowledge and experience in aerial communications construction
• Valid driver’s license with MVR printout
• Trade references
• Willing to travel
• Ability to lift heavy loads manually

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License a Plus!
• Computer/iPad knowledge a Plus!
• Bilingual (Eng/Span) a Plus!
