AEM Web Content Manager

Our client is seeking an AEM Web Content Manager to join their team 40 hrs / week through 2027!This position is 100% remote and you will be expected to work 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Central Time.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager. You will support website content creation, content publishing, optimization of digital properties, etc. You should have excellent communication skills. You will be tasked with responding to and working with individuals across the organization.Duties of the AEM Web Content Manager: Create, edit, and publish web content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Build and maintain webpages using established templates and components.Support and train content authors on AEM best practices.Manage projects and workflows in Workfront or similar tools.Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure accessibility compliance.Optimize content, metadata, and digital assets for SEO and user experience.Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.Assist with the development of training materials and user documentation.Requirements for the AEM Web Content Manager:Bachelors degreeA minimum of 4 years of experience managing websites, web content, etc. Experience authoring content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management platforms.Knowledge of SEO, web content standards, and accessibility best practices.Basic HTML/CSS skills.Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management abilities.Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is a plus. JavaScript and workflow automation experience is a plus.
