AEM Adobe Cloud Migration Lead / Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Cloud Architect / Lead Developer to lead the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise-scale AEM Cloud as a Service (AEMaaCS) solution. The ideal candidate will serve as both a solution architect and hands-on technical leader, driving architecture decisions, consulting with business stakeholders, leading a team of AEM developers, and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains. The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, digital experience platforms, cloud-native architecture, enterprise integrations, and migration programs. The candidate should also possess foundational AWS cloud knowledge to support migration and coexistence scenarios between AWS and Adobe Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise-scale AEM Cloud as a Service (AEMaaCS) solutions.
• Act as solution architect and hands‑on technical leader.
• Drive architecture decisions and consult with business stakeholders.
• Lead a team of AEM developers.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across multiple business domains.
• Apply expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, digital experience platforms, cloud‑native architecture, enterprise integrations, and migration programs.
• Leverage foundational AWS knowledge to support migration and coexistence scenarios between AWS and Adobe Cloud environments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of AEM development and architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AEM Cloud Service implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale AEM migration programs.

Qualifications

• Fair understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Data Platform).
• Experience managing offshore/onshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
