Then Company Overview: description of Serco, can be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and company. But we have separate sections: About the role (maybe overview of role), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
We have responsibilities (the "In This Role, You Will" list). That's responsibilities.
We have requirements/qualifications: the "To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have" list (including clearance, citizenship, education, experience). That's qualifications/requirements.
We have "Additional Desired Experience And Skills" list: could be Skills or Desired qualifications. Could go under Skills.
We have benefits: later in posting: "Pay Transparency Our Total Rewards package includes competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and benefits that promote well-being and work-life balance—so you can thrive both professionally and personally. Eligible employees also gain access to a wide range of benefits from comprehensive health coverage and health savings accounts to retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and time-off programs that support work-life balance. Program availability may vary based on factors such as contract type, location, hire date, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Salary range: The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This range is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. Actual base salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education and training, key skills, and geographic market considerations. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. In addition to base salary, eligible positions may include other forms of compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities. Benefits – Comprehensible benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees receive a limited package tailored to their role): Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRobust vacation and sick leave benefits, and flexible work arrangements where permitted by role or contract401(k) plan that includes employer matching fundsTuition reimbursement programLife insurance and disability coverageOptional coverages that can be purchased, including pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, ID theft protectionBirth, adoption, parental leave benefitsEmployee Assistance Plan To review all Serco benefits please visit: https://careers.serco-na.com/us/en/about-us. Thus we have benefits details. Also Pay: they mention salary range can be found at top of posting (not provided in text). They say "Salary range: The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting." Since we don't have the actual range, we cannot include Pay section because we must not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says range can be found at top of posting, but not given in the snippet we have. We don't have that range. So we should not include Pay section because we don't have the actual range. However we could note that salary range is mentioned but not provided; but rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we include Benefits. Pay is not stated (just reference). So omit Pay.
Schedule: not mentioned besides 10% travel required. That's not a schedule. No schedule info. So omit Schedule.
About the role: Could include the introductory paragraph and company overview? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we need to decide which sections to include. We have Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Could also include About the role (maybe a brief summary). The posting includes "Position Description & Qualifications" intro and company overview. That could be About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So we can have About the role heading with a paragraph summarizing role and company.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details from the intro and company overview as prose under About the role.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. So we need to strip those.
Let's extract substantive content for About the role:
- "If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy, then Serco has a great opportunity for you! As the AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer, you will be a part of the dynamic DDG 51 Combat Systems Integration Team supporting the Navy’s premier shipbuilding program located at Serco’s Washington, D.C. location, where you will be responsible for development and execution of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), including development of test strategies, plans and funding requirements for each phase. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors."
- Then description of Serco support: "Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their DDG 51 AEGIS Program contract which provides support services in the areas of Production, Engineering, Post Delivery, Configuration and Data Management, Test and Evaluation, and application support associated with the planning, design, and construction of ships."

We could also include the line about reviewing Serco benefits link? That's part of benefits section maybe. But we already have Benefits section with details; we can omit the link.
We must not include application instructions like "If you are ready to take the next step of your career path, apply today!" Remove.
Also remove "To review Serco benefits please visit: ..." but we already have benefits details; we can keep the benefit details but drop the link.
Now Responsibilities: list as
