Join Trimble as an AEC Solutions Professional and bring your construction expertise to a technology-driven environment. We are seeking experienced construction professionals with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of construction-specific workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Influence & Scaled Enablement: Share your field processes with enterprise and key account teams, enhancing their efficiency.
• Product Innovation Advocacy: Collaborate with product innovation partners to address functionality gaps in project management and ERP software.
• Process Automation Exploration: Identify and implement automation, custom SQL scripting, or AI engines to streamline operations.
• Cross-Team Connectivity: Serve as a "Field CTO" ambassador, fostering knowledge transfer and networking.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in the construction industry.
• Deep familiarity with industry-standard construction software solutions, including Construction-Specific ERPs, Construction Accounting Software, Project Management, Steel Detailing, Structural Engineering, Steel & Concrete Detailers, Steel Fabrication and Production Controls, Structural Concrete & Design, Field Productivity for Labor, Equipment and Materials, Equipment Maintenance Scheduling, Service Maintenance Agreements, Job Cost Accounting, Civil and Geotechnical Estimating and Pre-Construction.
• A "Creative Problem Solver" mindset with a passion for building custom, scalable workflows.
• The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of construction-specific personas, including CFOs, Project Managers, Engineers, and Operational Leaders.
• Bonus points for a proven track record in using AI to solve construction workflows, experience in financial leadership roles, specialized subcontracting, structural engineering, or civil estimating, and proven ability to design custom, scalable workflows and deploy custom SQL scripting or AI engines.
• Experience with Trimble Construction One Software or Hardware.
• Language skills: Spanish, French, and Portuguese (Brazil).

Pay

This is a salary position with potential for bonuses. The hiring range is $94,200.00 - $132,900.00 per year.
