AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

About the role

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, and you represent AEO values by bringing your REAL self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving efficiently and on time through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain Stockroom efficiency and productivity by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan and take action to correct issues.
• Step in to assist teammates with non-stock tasks and support guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

You’d be great for this role if you

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to set priorities and manage time.
• Have flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends.
• Have prior experience in a stock-related role.
