AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

About the role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while representing the company’s values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
• Lead and motivate: Inspire the team through AEO’s core values, hold associates accountable to service standards, and foster a Guest First culture.
• Recruit and develop talent: Hire strong talent to meet business needs and train associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Set and track goals: Challenge associates with clear, attainable goals, provide real-time coaching, and celebrate performance.
• Maintain operations and visual standards: Execute daily procedures for shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms meet brand guidelines.
• Uphold integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Business acumen and flexible availability to align with guest shopping patterns.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
