Summary of the Position

This is an hourly, part-time position providing mentorship and advocacy for youth and families throughout Bath.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills is highly preferred; knowledge of electronic health record systems (EHR) is a plus.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.

Position Requirements

  • Reliable transportation, driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
