About the role

We are looking for an attorney to join our team in Amsterdam. We want to expand our civil law section with an attorney who is active in the fields of civil law, particularly with a focus on property law, labor law, and specialized attention to tenancy law and real estate law. Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is willing to dive in and look beyond the current tasks. Having or working on a vision for your practice and the section as a whole is a must.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on civil law matters;
• Representing clients in court proceedings where necessary;
• Managing cases independently;
• Collaborating within the team while maintaining a supportive relationship with colleagues;
• Having a hands-on approach and being open to personal development.

Requirements

• A completed professional law degree;
• Proven experience and affinity with tenancy law and/or real estate law, including labor law and family law;
• The ability to deepen and specialize in these areas;
• The ability to take initiative and work independently;
• An open-minded attitude towards teamwork and collaboration;
• A valid driver's license and the ability to drive.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
• A commercial mindset with an eye for acquisition opportunities.

Pay

Basis salary, but also offer financed legal aid.
