About the role
As a member of Rogo's Advisory team, you will manage our major partnerships and assist the world's largest financial firms in creating and implementing their AI strategies. Reporting directly to the founders, you will work closely with other team members to align goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners, including training their teams, setting up joint operations, and ensuring alignment.
- Handle the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement to expansion and renewal.
- Act as the voice of the customer, understanding both explicit and implicit business needs of our partners.
- Develop joint solutions with customers based on your deep understanding of financial services workflows and ensure Rogo’s benefits are clearly communicated.
- Collaborate with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions.
- Track and measure success, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key individuals at partner organizations and ensure their needs are met.
- Land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for the world’s biggest financial services firms.
- Ensure exceptional user experiences by working directly with users.
- Directly influence the nature of work in a $1T+ industry.
- Tackle unsolved product and engineering problems, including the hardest in the world, relevant to Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a front office finance position, specifically in sales & trading.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with delivering results.
Qualifications
- Early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
- LLM knowledge (explain how a transformer works).
Skills
- Highly skilled in managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of financial services workflows and experience in implementing AI solutions.
