About the role

Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver exceptional service to every customer. In this role, you'll support retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, directly impacting Warby Parker's success through customer interactions, process improvements, and special projects. You'll showcase Warby Parker's brand while making glasses shopping a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy on the sales floor
• Delight customers through exceptional service

• Reinvent retail and the glasses-shopping experience

Pay

Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The range listed is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
