You will play a critical role in delivering high-touch service, solving complex challenges, and contributing to initiatives that drive advisor growth and long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, advisor-facing environment and takes pride in owning issues end-to-end while continuously improving how work gets done.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch service with a focus on responsiveness, ownership, and follow-through
  • Serve as a trusted partner in resolving complex operational, service, and compliance issues
  • Ensure all advisor requests are handled with urgency, accuracy, and accountability
  • Manage and support processes across platforms including NetX (Pershing), Wealthscape (Fidelity/NFS), CLIC, and Albridge/Wove
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery and scalability
  • Support advisors through complex business needs, including escalations and cross-functional coordination
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and advisor satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of operational risk and compliance considerations in an independent B/D and RIA environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Location: Malden, MA (hybrid attendance model)
  • 5+ years of experience in broker-dealer and/or RIA operations
  • Strong knowledge of account transfers, cashiering, new account opening/maintenance, cost basis, and fee billing
  • Experience with key industry platforms (e.g., Fidelity/NFS, Pershing, Envestnet or Folio, Morningstar, E-Money, Albridge/Wove) preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 or 65 required (Series 24 a plus)

Skills & Capabilities

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional advisor-facing service in a high-volume, service-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional issues
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and relationship skills; able to build credibility quickly with advisors and stakeholders
