Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (teammates and athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and external governing laws (including Federal ATF guidelines).
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and athletes) feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Virtual interview requirements: Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews. AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) are not permitted during any part of the interview process. Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.

Pay

Targeted pay range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
