About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Advisor Development Program as a Wealth Management Client Associate (WMCA - ADP). This role is an entry point into the program aimed at transitioning into a full-scale Financial Advisor at Merrill.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise strategic objectives and operational excellence goals
  • Customize solutions based on specific client needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and FAs
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Manage a book of business and meet performance requirements
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners

Requirements

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Proactively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Identify and recommend appropriate client solutions
  • Work collaboratively and independently
  • Listen and probe for clarity and understanding
  • Use computer/technical literacy and proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of one year of work experience
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
  • Executes multiple tasks simultaneously

Schedule

The role is available on a 1st shift (United States of America) basis, with 40 hours per week.
