Advisor - Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business or Process Analyst Advisor to join our team. The role requires a breadth and depth of expertise, with a focus on Business Analysis and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Understand business process and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate requirements effectively to technical and business teams
• Develop workflows, process plans/mapping, perform gap analysis, and define current state / future state
• Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA
• Experience or additional ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Breadth of experience across Project Management, Organizational Change Management, and other relevant fields

• Deep experience with Business Analysis
