About the role

Advertising Sales Executive - Louisville LPi has served churches, nonprofits, and community organizations for more than 50 years, providing print and digital communication solutions that help these organizations connect with and grow their communities. We are seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our reach across an assigned territory.

Compensation and Work Environment

Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commission
Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 to $65,000
Established sales representatives average approximately $85,000 annually, based on performance
High-performing representatives in established territories have the opportunity to earn six-figure incomes
Field-based role with home office and customer-facing work throughout the territory
Approximately 30% overnight travel required

  • Successful candidates are comfortable with outbound prospecting and motivated by goals

  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence throughout the sales process
  • Are self-motivated and able to manage your time and territory independently
