Advertising Marketing Analyst

Overview

VTG is seeking an Advertising Marketing Analyst to support projects contributing considerably toward closing the intercept capability gap for state and local law enforcement agencies. This role is 100% onsite in Fredericksburg, VA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of NDCAC's tools and resources
• Produce promotional materials
• Manage communications with law enforcement agencies and industry providers
• Identify advertising opportunities and select appropriate medium for messaging
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outreach

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least three (3) years of applicable professional experience in advertising, marketing, or communications
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, brand promotion, and public relations techniques
• Understanding of federal, state, and local law enforcement audiences
• Experience in customer engagement and content creation
• Experience with email marketing, social media, and traditional media channels
• Excellent writing skills and practical experience in a law enforcement environment

Pay

VTG's estimated starting pay range is $120,000–$170,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
