Advertising Installer

About the role

The Transit & Airport division of Lamar Advertising is seeking an Installer to bring innovative advertising campaigns to life for brands in Redlands, CA and the surrounding areas. This position involves installing and maintaining advertising campaigns on transit fleets, bus shelters, and train stations.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove advertisements on buses, trains, train stations, and shelters in compliance with Lamar and Transit Authority guidelines.
• Maintain bus shelters by repairing damages, replacing light bulbs, and removing graffiti.
• Document installations through photographs and written logs.
• Communicate with transit personnel and management.
• Keep storage/warehouse organized and vehicles/machinery in good condition.
• Travel to other Lamar markets as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma required
• 3-M Certification Program a plus
• Experience in vinyl graphics installation, sign shop, or vehicle wrap preferred
• 6 months to 1-year experience working with hands and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Quick learner and able to communicate well with management and transit personnel
• Ability to read and work from written instructions
• Strong communication and knowledge of inner processes of transit districts

Skills

• Physical stamina to lift 50-75 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail for documentation and inventory management
• Good interpersonal skills for working with transit personnel and management

Pay

An hourly range of $23 - $29/ hour, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.

Schedule

A Monday - Friday 7pm - 3:30am overnight work schedule.
