Adversary Emulation Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and Coordinate the Adversary Emulation Security Team
• Conduct Penetration Testing
• Engage in simulated adversarial attacks
• Conduct purple team exercises
• Analyze and assess vulnerabilities
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT and security teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant compliance standards and regulations
• Stay current with security trends and continuously improve security posture
• Provide guidance and training on best practices for security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or resiliency
• 5+ years of experience in offensive security testing
• 3+ years of leading a highly motivated offensive security testing team
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and security tools
• Familiarity with system administration and cloud architecture
• Expertise in offensive testing tools and resiliency testing equivalents
• Organizational and cultural understanding of various business sectors
• Proficiency in security assessment methodologies and incident response processes

The Adversary Emulation Senior Director helps lead offensive security team members to enhance the firm's cybersecurity or resiliency posture by using industry-standard assessment methodologies and techniques to proactively identify risks and vulnerabilities in people, processes, and technology.
