Adventure Program Specialist (Camp position, must be 18 years old)

Responsibilities

• Implement YMCA programs and activities as outlined in the curriculum
• Provide safe and nurturing environments for participants
• Engage with participants to build positive relationships and foster growth
• Adhere to all YMCA policies and procedures
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with youth or adults preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check
