Advancement Services Manager

About the role

The Advancement Services Manager supports CASL's mission by ensuring the systems, data, and operational processes that power fundraising efforts are accurate, efficient, and donor-centered. This role serves as a critical partner to the Advancement team by managing donor data, gift administration, reporting, prospect research, and stewardship operations that strengthen philanthropic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fundraising data, reporting, and donor records are accurate, accessible, and actionable for organizational decision-making.
• Strengthen donor engagement through effective stewardship, recognition programs, and annual fund operations.
• Provide the operational infrastructure that enables CASL to grow philanthropic support, improve donor retention, and achieve fundraising goals.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in advancement services, fundraising, or a similar field. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with donor data management systems, CRM software, and fundraising databases is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is beneficial.
