About the role
The UNT Dallas Office of Advancement, part of the UNT Division of University Advancement, focuses on cultivating relationships, soliciting contributions, and providing stewardship to support the university's growth and success through philanthropy and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Performs timely and accurate data entry of donor data and gift information into the Raiser’s Edge database.
- Analyzes gifts to determine appropriate fund, donor intent, and stewardship.
- Captures gift deposits and monthly reconciliation with the Budget Office and Controller Office to ensure accuracy between accounting, budget, and donor databases.
- Generates gift receipts and coordinates donor acknowledgment materials.
- Sets up gift pledges and processes and sends out pledge reminders.
- Generates fundraising and constituent reports from the Raiser’s Edge database.
- Participates in annual audit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or four years of related professional experience.
