Advanced Wound Care Provider
About the role
NIVA Health invites skilled wound care leaders to join our Mobile Wound Care Division as an Advanced Wound Care Provider. In this autonomous, patient-focused role, you will deliver comprehensive wound care using the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies—including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound—directly to patients in their homes and local facilities.
You will enjoy greater clinical autonomy while evaluating and managing complex wound cases, mentoring and guiding less experienced providers, and contributing to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements that advance patient outcomes across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
- Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment
What We're Seeking
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator and natural team leader
- Commitment to innovation and quality care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
