The job summary says Universal Bankers are responsible... Then they list levels. The role likely is Universal Banker IV (Advanced). But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we should include responsibilities for Universal Banker IV (Advanced) as the role. Also maybe include responsibilities for other levels? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details about each level? That could be a lot. But we can keep them as part of responsibilities? Might be too much but we must keep. We could structure: Under Responsibilities, we list the primary responsibilities for each level (I-IV) as subpoints? But we need
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
- with each responsibility as
- . Could combine all responsibilities across levels? That would be repetitive but we must preserve.
Similarly Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications for each level.
We also have Skills: maybe we can extract from requirements: strong attention to detail, communication skills, computer skills, etc. But we should not invent; we can put under Skills if we have explicit skills list. The posting includes "Strong attention to detail and accuracy", "Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner", "Basic computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite", etc. Those could go under Skills.
Qualifications: maybe we can put education requirements under Qualifications.
Benefits: we have Minnwest Benefits list.
Pay: we have Starting Pay Range for each level and also overall Pay Range: $16 – $27.90/hour. We should include Pay section with that range.
Schedule: we have Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
