Advanced Tire Technician

About the role

Tire Discounters, the nation's largest family-owned and operated tire & service business, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join their team. This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Aid customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate.
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus.
• Paid weekly.
