Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

As a systems engineer for the Autonomous Maritime Platforms Business, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the development, implementation, and testing of advanced autonomous systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Requirements analysis, definition, management, validation, and verification
  • System and sub-system integration, test, and evaluation, including offshore in-water testing
  • Test procedure creation and execution
  • Environmental and MIL Standard Qualification planning and testing
  • Generation of technical engineering design products using applicable standards, best practices, and tools throughout the systems development life cycle
  • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and tools proficiency

Preferred experience includes a strong background in the undersea domain, systems engineering processes, concepts, and principles.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $118,570.00/Yr. – USD $128,297.00/Yr.

Schedule

This position is fully on-site at the Taunton, MA facility, following a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
