Advanced Systems Engineer for Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Clearance Requirements

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As a systems engineer for the Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions group, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing next-generation cryptography.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success.
• Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
• Experience in DOORs.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $124,397.00/Yr. - USD $138,003.00/Yr.
