Advanced Software Engineer

Job Description Join Honeywell Building Automation’s HBT SVS team and help advance the software behind commercial refrigeration control systems. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of refrigeration applications, tackling complex engineering challenges, and improving system performance, reliability, and efficiency. You will work across the software development lifecycle, translating engineering requirements into practical solutions through application development, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborating with fellow engineers, you will enhance existing functionality, develop new capabilities, and identify opportunities to improve our software and development processes. Your work will help shape Honeywell’s refrigeration solutions and support the evolving technical needs of our customers. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Bentonville, AR or Independence, OH, or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule (after the first 90 days on-site).
