Job Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and lift evacuation support during summer Skyride operations
- Organize and conduct lift evacuation practices
- Aid injured/ill guests on the mountain, transport ill/injured guests off the mountain
- Assist trail maintenance staff when Skyride is not operating
- Transporting supplies and heavy equipment to areas of need
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous patrol experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work in inclement weather in a mountain environment
- Must have valid US driver's license
- Must be able to drive truck and UTV on approved routes
- Must have a current OEC medical certification
- Must be cleared for Aerial lift evacuation per Vail Resorts guidelines
Pay
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $30.61/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
