Job Summary

As a Service Tech in a world‑class rental shop, you will provide guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or duties in other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• 1–3 years previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude for ski and snowboard tuning, maintenance, or repairs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team‑oriented environment for extended periods
• Fluent spoken and written English

Pay

The expected pay range is $21.92 /hr – $29.22 /hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Schedule

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, full‑time hours available. Minimum age: 18 years. Housing is available.
