Job Description
Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather data on patients' physical, emotional, and social health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals and interventions based on assessment data. Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting progress. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their health.
Education
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience
- 1+ experience in cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or cardiac icu setting or cardiovascular operating room experience [Preferred]
- CVICU experience [Preferred]
- CVOR experience [Preferred]
Additional Information
- Licenses And Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) [Preferred]

Pay Range
$31.53 - $52.24
