About the Role
The Staff Attorney will handle Public Records Act (PRA) requests for municipal clients throughout California and, ideally, Nevada. This role includes supervising a team of dedicated paralegals and reviewers. The position may be remote but requires travel to client offices and courts in the specified regions.
Responsibilities
- Handle Public Records Act requests for municipal clients in California and Nevada.
- Supervise a team of paralegals and reviewers.
- Travel to client offices and courts as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act.
- Extensive experience with e-discovery (certification preferred).
- Admitted to practice in California.
Pay
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
