About the Role

As an Advanced Provider (physician assistants and nurse practitioners), you will be a key part of the full care team. Swing shifts are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., with responsibilities including admissions, specialty consults, and ICU downgrades. The role allows a maximum of 1 patient per hour. Current national certification and DEA are required. A current Florida license is a plus.

The Practice

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay – Panama City, Florida, is a Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. The 200-bed facility includes a 20-bed closed ICU and sees an annual volume of 36,500 patients, with 18-20 encounters per day and 10-14 encounters per night. No procedures or vent management are required.
